Terms of service
Last updated: May 2026. By placing an order or creating an account with Brick N Papers, you agree to these terms.
The agreement
These terms govern any purchase from, and any account created on, bricknpapers.com. We may update them, material changes will be flagged before they take effect on existing orders.
Accounts
- ✦You may create an account using your email address and a password, or by signing in with Google. Both methods create the same kind of account.
- ✦When you sign in with Google, you authorise us to receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google solely for account creation and authentication. We do not access any other Google services on your behalf.
- ✦A phone number is required when creating an account via email sign-up. If you sign in with Google, you will be prompted to provide a phone number before completing a purchase or enquiry.
- ✦You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- ✦You must be 18 or older to create an account and place orders.
- ✦We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or in violation of these terms.
Orders & pricing
- ✦Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include the cost of the goods only, shipping and GST are calculated at checkout.
- ✦We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if pricing is incorrect, the item is unavailable, or we suspect fraud.
- ✦Once we begin printing your wallpaper, the order becomes non-cancellable (this is typically 24 hours after order placement).
Made-to-order nature
Every wallpaper is hand-blocked and printed for you specifically. Slight variations in colour, registration, and texture between prints are inherent to the process and not defects. We'll always proof a colourway against our archive before printing your roll.
Returns
See the Returns & exchanges page. Bespoke and custom prints are final sale once the proof is approved.
Shipping & delivery
Times shown are estimates from dispatch, not order placement. We're not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or holidays, but we'll work with you to resolve them.
Acceptable use
- ✦You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- ✦You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- ✦You may not submit false or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order.
Intellectual property
All patterns, photographs, illustrations, and copy on this site are the intellectual property of Brick N Papers Studio LLP. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission. If you'd like to license a pattern, write to hello@bricknpapers.com.
Limitation of liability
Our liability on any order is limited to the purchase price of that order. We're not responsible for incidental damage (e.g. damage to walls, paint, or surrounding finishes during installation by a third party).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
