Delivery charges
Delivery charges within India are included in the price. Delivery charges outside India will be calculated at checkout. For orders containing multiple products, the system adds up the total of all individual delivery charges.
For orders outside India, there may be additional charges including but not limited to customs and wood treatment fees. Custom charges may be levied by our shipper at the time of delivery; for any other charges, our team will correspond with you via email before delivery.
The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST but exclusive of any other taxes or tariffs applicable in your region. All delivery costs are non-refundable.
How your order is processed
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and the estimated dispatch time to your location. All products are made to order; standard dispatch times are:

- ✦Embroidered wall art · 1 month from order confirmation.
From the estimated dispatch time, we normally take:
- ✦Within India · 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- ✦Outside India · 7–10 working days after dispatch.
In some locations, delivery may take longer depending on the accessibility of your location by third-party transport companies. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you with updates.
